- Is a new home at Green Pastures under warranty?
- Yes. Every home sold across the nine parks is built to BS3632, the British Standard for residential park homes, and carries a ten-year structural warranty. That is the building. The agreement for the plot, the park rules and the pitch fee are separate, and you have all three in writing before you sign.
